**Terms and Conditions: Wedding Season Giveaway 2024-2025**
1. **Eligibility:**
- The Wedding Season Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to engaged couples who are resident
in the Massachusetts and are planning a wedding during the 2024-2025 wedding season.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, immediate family members, and affiliates of Gold Coast Catering are not eligible to participate.
2. **How to Enter:**
- To enter, participants must follow Gold Coast Catering on Instagram Or Facebook, like and share the giveaway post, tag their partner in the comments using #WeddingSeasonGiveaway, and complete the entry form on the Gold Coast Catering website. - All entries must be submitted by the specified deadline, which is December 31, 2023.
- Only one entry per couple is allowed.
3. **Prizes:**
- The Grand Prize consists of a 25% discount on the entire wedding catering package
provided by Gold Coast Catering.
- Runner-up Prizes include a 15% discount for the first runner-up and a 10% discount for the
second runner-up on the entire wedding catering package.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of
compensation.
4. **Winner Selection:**
- The winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place within seven (7) days after the giveaway entry deadline.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing.
5. **VIP Tasting Event:**
- All participants who enter the giveaway will receive an invitation to the VIP Tasting Event.
- The VIP Tasting Event will be held on a date determined by Gold Coast Catering and
communicated to the participants.
6. **General Conditions:**
- By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
and the decisions of Gold Coast Catering, which are final and binding in all matters.
- Gold Coast Catering reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
- Gold Coast Catering is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions that may occur.
7. **Publicity Release:**
- By accepting a prize, winners grant Gold Coast Catering the right to use their names,
likenesses, and any submitted comments or testimonials for promotional purposes without
further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. **Privacy:**
- Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participants'
consent.
9. **Dispute Resolution:**
- Any disputes arising from or related to this Giveaway will be resolved through arbitration in
accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the judgment upon the
award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
